Words With Friends Cheat
Find every valid Words With Friends play from your rack. Uses the official WWF word list and scoring — which differs from Scrabble in both vocabulary and tile values.
How WWF differs from Scrabble
Words With Friends and Scrabble look similar but have different scoring tables and slightly different word lists. The biggest deltas: B is worth 4 in WWF (3 in Scrabble), H is 3 (4 in Scrabble), V is 5 (4 in Scrabble), and U is 2 (1 in Scrabble). Premium tile placement on the board is also different — the bonus squares sit closer to the center.
WWF strategy quick tips
- Save your S tiles — like Scrabble, an S can pluralize an existing word and score in two directions at once.
- Look for hooks. A hook is a single letter that turns an existing board word into a new word (e.g., adding S, ED, or ER endings).
- Don't open up triple-word lanes for your opponent. WWF's TW squares are devastating if reached.
Browse our words with Q and words with Z lists — both are 10-pointers in WWF and capable of single-tile bombshells.
